London Aikikai - Traditional Aikido in London
Aikido is not complete without a strong spiritual element. At London Aikikai we include Zazen meditation on our schedule so that students can begin their spiritual journey. All equipment is provided although you may wish to have your personal Zafu and Zabutan.

Intelligence and Emotion drive human existence. Zazen opens up a whole world of thought and emotional development, exploring the Human Condition through Meditation, Eastern philosophy, Positive Psychology, Western Philosophy and Psychology.
