Information for Beginners

London Aikikai is one of the oldest London Aikido dojos. We practise the Traditional Aikido style in a very traditional atmosphere. Aikido Beginners Classes are designed to make you feel relaxed and welcome. Beginners Aikido Lessons are available on the regular time-table as well as privately on an individual basis. We understand that beginners come with very individual minds, bodies and circumstances and we work hard to work at your level.

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our practice. We have all the forms in the dojo but if you prefer you can download them from this page or the Media / Documents Section and bring the completed forms to the dojo.
