London Aikikai - Traditional Aikido in London

London Aikikai is a membership based not-for-profit Aikido dojo.

Beginners: One week of free training when you join and pay Annual Membership Fee.

Annual Membership Fee: £50 (concessionary* £30) - benefits include liability insurance, membership of London Aikikai, membership of British Birankai (British Aikikai), membership of British Aikido Board (BAB), regular national and international Birankai Aikido newsletters. Membership fee is payable on joining and is valid for one year from the beginning of the month of joining, and is a prerequisite for grading.

Application for concessionary rates (e.g. full-time students, under 18s, retired, unwaged, etc) must include copies of appropriate documentation confirming status.

Monthly Training Fee: £60 (£45 concessionary*) per calendar month. To ease administration we ask our students to pay by standing order (can be cancelled when you stop training).

Visitor Fee: £12 (£9 concessionary*) per evening or Saturday morning (includes all classes). Visitors may pay a visitor fee for a maximum of 2 days. Membership is required before further practise. From this point all members must pay appropriate monthly training fee. On joining (and paying the joining fee) new members are entitled to free training for one week. Thereafter the appropriate monthly training fee applies.

NOTES: Fees are subject to change. Special events and courses are not included in the above fees. Dojo may be closed during local and national courses, public holidays and when the hall is busy with other events.
