London Aikikai - Traditional Aikido in London
Welcome to Aikido classes for children and young people at London Aikikai.
Enrolment
You can enrol and begin training on the same day - at any time during the term. Come and see us at The Maida Centre before class (see schedule below) or contact us by email or phone.
Age Groups
For young people aged 5 to 15 years. 16 and 17 year olds can join our classes for adults. Four year olds find it difficult to concentrate but we are willing to consider them if the child is particularly mature.
Timetable (Schedule)
Children's classes are OPEN this week.
Wednesdays:
5pm-5:55pm (5-9 year olds)
6pm-6:55pm (10-15 year olds)
Fridays: 6pm-6:55pm (5-9 year olds)
Saturdays: 10:30am-11:45am (10-15 year olds)
2012 Autumn: Wed 5 September - Sat 27 October, Wed 7 November - Sat 15 December (14 weeks)
2013 Spring: Saturday 5 January - Sat 16 February, Wed 27 February - Wed 27 March (11 weeks)
2013 Summer: Wed 17 April - Fri 24 May, Sat 1June - Sat 20 July (13 weeks)
Fees
Annual membership: £15 (includes insurance)
Training fee £5 per class, after 2 classes we ask that you pay for the remainder of the term based on £5 per class.
Children may stop training at any time and get a refund for the remainder of fees paid. If we have to cancel any classes due to unforeseen circumstances then we will give a refund for these classes.
